Today I delivered a potting bench I made for a magazine article a while back. Originally it had been for me, but I'd nver got round to building anywhere to keep it, so instead I thought it was best to sell it rather than keep moving it around in storage.
It went to a customer with a beautiful garden in a beautiful shed.
Looked lovely in its new home!
What did you line the upper shelf with? I've had a variety over the years but by far my favorite is the current one which I made with plastic molded deck boards that are all the rage these days. I love letting the dirt and water just flow on through and a quick rinse keeps it all clean.
ReplyDeleteThis is 1.2mm galvanised steel sheeting. It's reclaimed so has a nice look to it, although I've just made up some with new sheeting and it looks super smart.
DeleteI like the potting bench and I like the potting shed. A potting shed is my next project.
